Welcome to the support portal. Here are some guidelines:
 
  1. Please describe the problem in as much detail as you can.
  2. Make sure to include your contact details.
  3. Please assign your ticket the correct priority.
  4. Tickets with Low, Medium and High priority will be taken care of during normal office hours.
  5. Tickets with Urgent priority will be handled immediately between 3am and 3pm Eastern Time seven days per week.
  6. Tickets with Urgent priority will be invoiced at USD 175 per hour. By submitting an urgent ticket you accept this charge. The only exception to this is a center or system down scenario.
