- Please assign your ticket the correct priority.
- Tickets with Low, Medium and High priority will be taken care of during normal office hours.
- Tickets with Urgent priority will be handled immediately between 3am and 3pm Eastern Time seven days per week.
- Tickets with Urgent priority will be invoiced at USD 175 per hour. By submitting an urgent ticket you accept this charge. The only exception to this is a center or system down scenario.
